Jerry Tabor was asked to be the new Membership Chairman and he graciously accepted.

REPEATERS:

Ted Jahn gave a status report on the repeaters.  The 440 machine is to be finished first.  Hopefully this will be complete by the end of February.  Then the target date for finishing the 144 machine is the end of March.

No more equipment is needed, but there are some parts needed.  A motion was made by Bob Meadows, seconded, and approved by the members for money up to $875 to be approved for the expenditure of what parts are necessary to complete both projects.

ARES:

Adrian Gray stated that the next ARES meeting will be the first Tuesday in February, at the Pinewood Christian Academy, Orange Park, FL, at 7:00 PM.

There are currently 76 members, and there are no dues for membership.  He encouraged participation in the ARES Sunday evening net at 7:30 PM, on the 146.92 (5) repeater.
