Who's fault is this? Who can I blame?
In the most existential sense, isn't it really everyone's fault? No. Most likely it is your fault. However, if you would contact us and explain the error you received we would be very appreciative and remove you from our "people who caused massive, irreparable errors, and caught the server on fire" list.
(However you will never get an e-mail that we repaired it for you.)
