ORANGE PARK AMATEUR RADIO CLUB MINUTES

FEBRUARY 2017

The OPARC  February 2017 meeting was called to order by the President, DonAnhslog, and guests were welcomed and introductions were made.

A motion was made, seconded and passed that the January minutes be approved.  Scott Roberts made an addendum to the January minutes concerning the By-Laws as follows:

“9.01 – The President shall appoint two responsible members

to audit all financial records and property inventories of the

Club.  Such audits shall be conducted during the month

of January each year.”

This will be voted on at the March meeting.

As the Treasurer, Mark Fields, was not present, a motion was made, seconded, and passed to give the Treasurer’s report in March.

No further business was announced in order to allow the Auction to get started on time.
