ID Badges.  Bob (K4RGD) has an obtained a quote from “Great Lakes Trophies & Engraving” to provide custom 3” x 2” badges with a small metal plate that goes outside your garment and a small magnet that goes inside.  They are available in horizontal and vertical (see examples).
